The Town of Hanson’s Annual Town Election is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. TOMORROW, Saturday, May 17, at Hanson Middle School, 111 Liberty St.
This year’s Annual Town Election includes a Proposition 2 1/2 override ballot question, which voters passed at the Town Meeting on May 5, and contested races for the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District School Committee and Water Commissioner.
The override would provide for the general administrative cost of operating the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District, Hanson Police Department, Hanson Fire Department and other Town departments.
